I made this tonight for dinner…it was DELICIOUS. So flavorful and the pork just fell apart! With a family of six, it is an accomplishment when everyone cleans their plates! The poblano peppers and red onions were an extra bonus of flavor that we loved! Thanks for the recipe- keep them coming! You guys are great!
