Summer Salad

Here’s an easy summer salad recipe that highlights the flavors of the season. You can adjust the proportions based on your preferences but this will give you a place to start. Perfect to bring along to a summer party!

Summer Salad

Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 10 min.

Ingredients:

1 heirloom tomato 

2-3 peaches

1/2 cucumber 

1/4 cup feta

1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds

1/4 cup basil, chiffonade

2 tablespoons olive oil 

Balsamic glaze 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation:

Cut the tomato, peaches, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Add to a large bowl and toss with feta, almonds, olive oil, salt and pepper. Top with the basil and drizzle balsamic glaze on top. Add additional feta or almonds as desired.
