The 108th season of The Muny is shaping up to be a delicious one! This year, guests will be able to enjoy a brand new menu featuring full meals during the show. Instead of dining elsewhere before the show, guests are encouraged to enjoy a meal at The Muny.

Café One, located off the east pergola and adjacent to Steward Family Plaza, is a frequent stop for Muny-goers looking for a bite to eat. In addition to their familiar favorites such as pizzas and nachos, they are showcasing new menu items created by Chef Jeff Seaborn and his culinary team.

First is the Smoked Turkey Club Sandwich on a Croissant. This stacked sandwich layers smoked turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a high-quality Swiss cheese.

The Grilled Chicken Fajita Wrap will feature flavorful fajita chicken, grilled peppers and onions, and monterey jack cheese, with pico de gallo on the side.

The Muny Steak Cheeseburger is sure to be a hit, piled high with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Condiments are also available on the side.

The Black Forest Bacon and Smoked Pork Sausage is bound to be a summer favorite. This dish features gourmet smoked sausage with bacon that has been beer braised, and is topped with crispy fried onions.

The Hogtown Pulled Pork Sandwich showcases succulent pork from Dogtown’s beloved Hogtown BBQ. A generous portion of pulled pork is topped with cheddar, caramelized onions, BBQ spices, and Hogtown BBQ sauce. You can also find Hogtown Pulled Pork on the Nachos Supreme.

Food in the stands at The Muny have also gotten a huge upgrade this year: an all-new air frying system, using convection technology to deliver fresh, hot, crispy bites to enjoy during the show. You can find these air fried offerings at stands 3 & 5.

Guests will enjoy Air Fried Toasted Ravioli with Marinara, Air Fried Chicken Strips, Air Fried Fries, and a combo Air Fried Chicken Strip Basket with both chicken strips and fries. Ranch, Honey Mustard, BBQ, and Marinara are all available for dipping.

The Culver Pavilion Restaurant will continue to offer pre-show dining from 6:30-8:15pm, including a gourmet buffet of hot appetizers, charcuterie, vegetarian options, and dessert. Make your reservations for this delicious pre-show dining option here.

Inside Culver you can also grab a Muny Board for Two, with a variety of sharable snacks for two and a creative themed cocktail for each show.

Some of your favorite desserts are returning to The Muny this year, including the Berry Brûlée ice cream from Bold Spoon Creamery. This season, there will be a new pop-up bar with drinks and water, along with three other flavors from Bold Spoon Creamery. Of course, Ronnies Rocky Mountain ice cream will return as a fan-favorite, along with several other flavors from Ronnies.

Beverage selections feature local beer from Schlafly, refreshing canned cocktails, wine, and soda, and other NA options. We can’t wait for this season to start on Monday, June 15th. Come hungry and enjoy dinner and a show!
